What began on maternity leave as a simple way to thank friends and family for their kind gifts soon turned into something much sweeter. People fell in love with the nostalgic taste and comforting memories of homemade fudge, inspiring me to turn a heartfelt gesture into a growing small business.

Since 2022, I’ve been creating small-batch confections from my home-based kitchen in Ontario, gradually expanding into professionally developed SKUs made locally with sustainable packaging.

Mamma White’s Confections now operates out of a licensed commercial kitchen in Barrie, Ontario, partnering with retailers across the province and shipping nationwide. Each batch of fudge is lovingly handcrafted to celebrate the simple, timeless pleasure of sharing something sweet.
